🌿 IFS Intensives
Immersive 3-hour or 6-hour sessions to create powerful breakthroughs. Intensives offer focused, transformative healing, perfect when you're ready for meaningful, lasting shifts in your emotional patterns and self-beliefs.

🌿 Workshops & Group Programs
Join a supportive community of resilient women who understand your journey. Together, we’ll explore key issues like imposter syndrome, burnout, and perfectionism, giving you practical tools and genuine connection.

Meet Angela M Carter—Your Guide to a Different Kind of Success

 

I’m Angela—a therapist, clinical supervisor, and trainer dedicated to helping resilient women finally release the self-doubt, exhaustion, and emotional burdens they've carried for too long.

With over 30 years of experience, I specialise in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Embodied Practices, HeartMath Techniques, and The Advancing Heart Protocol®. But more importantly, I understand firsthand what it’s like to spend your life proving yourself, feeling exhausted, never quite believing you're enough.

My journey began in a male dominated business world, where I worked as a systems analyst before transitioning into the well-being sector. My personal and professional experiences has shaped my unique, compassionate, and deeply insightful approach to therapy.

As the founder of The Trauma Release Centre, I combine evidence-based therapy, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation to create lasting transformation. I don't offer surface-level coping strategies—I help women do the deep work needed to lead their lives with ease, trust, and resilience.
